"I unfortunately had a house fire , I have never been treated so poorly , lies on top of lies. To this day I have not been refunded for anything I was promised I would be. Over 4 months In a hotel with a new born after being promised a apartment or condo . My dogs almost sent to the pound after they refused to pay the kennel bill after promising to do so. Still have not been paid for my lost items . Such a joke out thousands of dollars , there Check they finally sent after 3 months covered about 35% of the repairs needed. So if your looking for a company to be there for you in a time of need please run! Luckily today Chris called to tell me my home policy will not be renewed . Doesn’t call to check my family but to tell me that. Very disappointed . You don’t think about these things until it happens to you . Be prepared and get rid of this place!"
